  • $8.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours Monday-Friday. 
  • FREE local pickup is available in Kathleen (use code PICKUP at checkout).
  • Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • NOTE: That you are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information. Any fees or extra charges due to wrong shipping information provided by the customer are your responsibility.
In Store Pickup:
  • Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization is obtained. Please allow for 24hr processing time. Any Orders placed on Friday after 5pm will not be processed until Monday after 12pm.  An email will be sent out for each customer when item/items are available for pickup. For rush orders please call our store at 478-313-5387. NOTE: additional charges may apply on rush orders.
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

You have 14 days to return an item back to us for a store credit. If the item is received within 14 days of the receiving date, a store credit will be issued.
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within two days upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is the wrong size/item and would like to exchange it, please go ahead and order the correct size/item and send the incorrect size/item back for a full refund. We can not guarantee the item will be in stock when we receive the returned item so it is best re-order the correct item and return the incorrect item for a refund.
***All orders canceled or changed orders by customers are subject to receive a $3 processing fee. All orders processed thru sezzle will receive a 6% processing fee. 

You MAY NOT return: FINAL SALE items, Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Personalized Items, and Gift Certificates. All items purchased on Sales, Clearance, Flash Sales, and any discounts over 20% are all FINAL SALE. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items you have tried on and they have makeup or deodorant stains on them, you WILL NOT be given a refund, and the items will be sent back to you for a charge. If the return is received after 14 days, you WILL NOT be given a refund and the items will be sent back to you for a charge. 
Send your package back to us using any shipping carrier you prefer. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In order to return, please refer to our Return Policy above to make sure your return meets the criteria. Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
